Tottenham's dominant record against Stoke City continued on Saturday as they registered their fifth straight win over the Premier League strugglers. Christian Eriksen scored both Spurs goals, either side of a Mame Biram Diouf equaliser which came after an awful mistake by captain Hugo Lloris.

Harry Kane, starting for the first time since injuring his ankle at Bournemouth four weeks ago, tried to claim Tottenham's second goal, but replays showed that he did not get a touch on Eriksen's free-kick which went straight in.
